Eldercare with Jodi Clock

Jodi Clock will talk about different aspects of Eldercare in a three part series. She will be covering end- of-life issues, Medicare, and other topics pertinent to Eldercare.



Tech Wednesday-Ipad Basics
2:30 pm, Wednesday, September 5
Tech Wednesdays are 30-60 minute long mini watch-and-learn classes on technical topics. They are held in the Julia Hackley Room twice a month at 2:30 pm and are free and open to the public. Feel free to bring your own laptop and follow along.


Good Yarn Knitters
5:30 – 7:00 pm, Wednesday, September 5
Meets in the Julia Hackley Room
All levels of knitters are welcome, including beginners. Come to learn how to knit, have a problem solved, or just for camaraderie. If you are just starting out, bring a pair of size 7 or 8 needles and a light colored ball of worsted weight yarn, otherwise bring your latest project or your problem project.

Honor Flight Michigan: The Legacy Documentary

HonorFlight Michigan � The Legacy Documentary tells the life stories of several
Michigan soldiers who served their country some 60 years ago during WWII and
then documents their all expenses paid Honor Flight to see the WWII memorial
in Washington D.C., courtesy of Honor Flight Michigan.

This amazing film was written, directed, filmed and edited by two Michigan Film
Makers � Gabe Downey and Jon Mellow in honor of their grandfathers, both
decorated WWII heroes. It includes a beautiful poignant soundtrack by
Michigan composer James Stonehouse.
