Diabetes Review - A FREE diabetes educational seminar.

Attention People with Diabetes! Whether you have been diagnosed recently with diabetes or have been living with diabetes for years, there are steps you can take to lead a healthier life. Attend Diabetes Review, a free educational program brought to you by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and Great Lakes Medical Supply (GLMS).

Diabetes Review is a free one-hour class designed to provide basic education about proper diabetes self-care. The course is conducted by a certified diabetes educator (CDE) and will cover topics to help you better manage your diabetes such as meal planning and portion control, exercise, complications of diabetes, blood glucose testing and new product updates. Free program.

Jennifer Allison’s interactive workshop will show middle-schoolers how to create plot and characters for their own mysteries. Learn to fill your stories with surprising plot twists and fascinating people. Bring paper, pencil and your ideas!

Jennifer Allison is author of the “Gilda Joyce, Psychic Investigator “ series. Her latest thriller is “Bones of the Holy.” A book sale and autographing will follow the workshop.
