Book Review-How to Be Single

This title caught my eye:  How to be Single by Liz Tuccillo.  It sounds like a self-help book, but it is a novel, and a funny one at that.  Some may recognize the author's name--she was one of the writers on "Sex in the City", but the book is not quite like the TV show.  Basically, the book follows Julie and her four friends as they make their way through the late 30's dating  scene.  Julie goes on a 'round the world tour to interview single women in other countries to see how they deal with being single, while her friends continue to slog through the dating scene in New York.  The book is quite humorous--I laughed out loud at a number of the comments Julie makes--but has it's somber side as well.  A great light read.
